Hayden is an enthusiastic physiotherapist who joined the PhysioAction team in 2026 after graduating the year before. His interest in physiotherapy developed through his own experiences with injury while playing hockey. Hayden has a keen interest in musculoskeletal and neurological physiotherapy and currently works in a hybrid role that allows him to develop his skills across both areas.

Hayden particularly enjoys a hands-on approach to rehabilitation and understands the importance of helping patients return to work or sport as efficiently and safely as possible. 

Outside of physiotherapy, Hayden enjoys playing hockey and golf, or spending time at the beach
