Apprenticeship in remedial and sports massage

Dry needling certification

Charlotte specialises in remedial and sports massage, working with patients to relieve pain, restore movement, and support recovery from injury.

Following many sports injuries of her own, Charlotte completed her Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science with the hope of helping others navigate the same recovery journey she once experienced firsthand. She then completed an apprenticeship in remedial and sports massage, treating athletes and patients through both acute injury recovery and ongoing performance maintenance.

Charlotte brings a strong sporting background to her work, with five years' experience as a sports medic across rugby union, rugby league, and ice hockey, giving her hands-on exposure to injuries on the field and a practical, athlete focused approach to treatment. She also holds a dry needling certification and offers cupping therapy, adding further tools to support pain relief and recovery. Charlotte takes a whole body approach, working to get the whole system functioning well rather than focusing on pain management alone.

Outside the clinic, you'll find Charlotte either on the sideline of a sports field or out engaging in the great outdoors, whether that's climbing, skiing, or surfing.
